Delete your Spill account
You can delete your Spill account and all of its data at any time, either in the app or by asking us.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Spill and go to the Circle tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email hello@spillcircle.com with the subject “Delete my Spill account”, from the email address you signed up with. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete your account within 30 days, then reply to let you know.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address and password.
- Your memberships and nicknames in every circle.
- Every spill you posted, including secrets, confessions and polls.
- Your votes, reactions and guesses.
- The people you blocked.
What may be kept
Reports about content that broke our rules may be kept for up to 90 days to keep people safe, then deleted. Anonymous usage statistics that can’t be linked to you aren’t affected.
